Grace and the Swing
It is hard to believe my little girl will be two in just over a month. This weekend we were at my brother’s house and she hopped on a REAL swing for the first time. She saw another girl swinging and she just had to try it. When I first put her in the seat, she really didn’t get how tightly she needed to hold on to the chains, but daddy was there to catch her and help her get the hang of it. I started to push her slowly, and she giggled with delight. She had such a good time. I was worried about her letting go, but I managed to gather enough courage to go grab the camera and take this picture.
Priceless.
She is such a character. That expression you see is something she has done for months when she sees the camera pointed at her. She is such a hyper, happy ball of energy. There are really no words to express the joy this little one brings to mine and Jennifer’s life.
